1. When we get your orders,we will check whether all of the items you picked are available, if not, we will email you to ask for switching to another items or not.
2. When all the items are available, we will check and confirm your payment. 
3. After we get your payment,your items will be shipped out in two business days.
4. When we shipped your packages, we will send you the tracking info.

We have 2 ways to pay for your order online, Paypal and Western Union for retail and wholesale. It's important to understand the requirements and instructions before placing your order with any of the following options

1, Paypal is the most convenient way you can pay directly through the site when placing your order.

A PayPal Account - You can register for a FREE account by  http://www.paypal.com. 
A consistent "shipping address" with the address in PayPal.  Because of the amount of fraud, it is required by egoinfashion to have a confirmed shipping address before your order will be processed.  If you execute your order without a confirmed shipping address, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded automatically.  
 

NOTE: If you do not wish to verify address and would like your jewellery shipped quickly, please pay by Western Union

2. Pay through Western Union - For those who want to pay with cash and want their jewellery fast, there is a way!  Now you can pay for your order in cash at any one of the Western UnionAgents located near you.  Paying CASH for your order is as EASY & FAST.To Find a Western Union Agent Near You - http://www.westernunion.com.

After you have created your order on egoinfashion.com and you have your order number, proceed with the following instructions.

Go to your Local Western Union  Agent and tell them you would like to send cash to THE PERSON (NOT COMPANY)
Western Union will provide you with a Money Transfer Control Order Number (MTCN).
Email service@egoinfashion.com the MTCN number (please include your order number in the email)
Your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment and you will be emailed a tracking number for http://www.ups.com/ so that you may track your shipment.  
 

1. T/T payment (Telegraphic Transfer)-- this payment is used for bulk production. After final sample confirmed and receipt of your 30% T/T down payment, we will make production accordingly. The balance 70% payment should be paid after we make shipment and send out the copy of original Bill of Lading. After receipt of the 70% payment, we will send out the original documents for you to clear the customs and pick up the goods. For more info,please contact us at production@egoinfashion.com.
 
2. The L/C payment (Letter of Credit) is also used for  larger quantity order shipped by sea and it takes about 14-21 days to complete. For more info, please contact us at production@egoinfashion.com

a. You need to apply to open the L/C to us  through a bank who can open the L/C in your country.

b. The opening bank will inform The Bank of China that the L/C has been opened.

c. The Bank of China will inform us that the L/C has been established. 

d. We'll check all the terms and conditions listed in the L/C. If all terms and conditions are acceptable, we'll arrange the shipment within the time specified in the L/C. 

e. After the goods are loaded onto the ship without any damage, the captain will issue the clean bill of lading to us.

f. We will submit the clean bill of lading and other relevant documents to The Bank of China to gather the payment. Only with clean bill of lading can you claim the ownership of the goods.

g. The Bank of China will send the clean bill of lading and relevant documents to your bank (the opening bank).

h. The opening bank will inform you that all documents are received.

i. You will go to the bank to make the payment to get the clean bill of lading and relevan documents. With all of these documents, you can clear the import Customs and pick up the goods after the goods arrive on the destination sea port.
